"Packed Like It Was Carrying Treasure"
The box showed up looking absolutely perfect, like it had been protected by a security team or something. No dents, no mess, nothing out of place. I was way too impressed by a box, but here we are.

"Good keyboard, but be aware of minor Bluetooth hiccups"
I ordered from kinesis-ergo.com and overall I’ve had a solid experience with the keyboard. The Bluetooth paired with my laptop without any trouble, and for the most part the connection stays reliable during daily work. Just a heads up though: if you switch between devices, it may drop once in a while. It’s only happened to me once or twice, so it’s not a dealbreaker, but it can be a little annoying when you’re in the middle of something. I’d still say it feels dependable and works well, but don’t expect it to be absolutely flawless. Giving it 4 stars because it’s really close to perfect, just not quite there

"Took a little getting used to"
I’ve been using this for a bit now, mostly for work and random typing throughout the day, and at first I wasn’t totally sure how I felt about it. It took a few days for my hands to adjust, and I kept noticing little differences compared to my old one. After that, though, I realized the keys actually feel really nice — solid and light without being mushy. Typing feels a little more relaxed now. It’s not absolutely perfect, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Typing Feels Easier, Even If I'm Not Totally Sure Why"
I’ve noticed I’m typing faster and my hands don’t feel as tired by the end of the day, which is great. At the same time, I’m not sure if it’s a huge difference or just something I’m paying more attention to now. Either way, it feels more comfortable, and I guess that’s what matters.

"I picked up my keyboard from…"
I picked up my keyboard from Kinesis Ergonomics the noise level is better than I expected. It’s not completely silent, but it’s definitely quiet enough for work calls and late-night typing without feeling annoying. The space bar is a little louder than the rest of the keys, but nothing that ruins the experience. Overall, I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars.

"Super easy, honestly"
I just hopped on the site, found what I needed quickly, and the whole checkout thing was over before I even had time to overthink it. No weird glitches, no confusing steps, nothing annoying popped up. Just a really easy order from start to finish.

"Pretty Nice once You Get Used to It"
I actually really Like how the keys and overall shape feel like they were Thought through. It did take me a little bit to get used to, but now my hands sit a lot more naturally when I’m using it. Overall, it’s a Nice design and feels comfortable.

I bought this after dealing with wrist pain for months, i’m really glad I did. It felt a bit awkward for the first few days, but once I got used to it, I noticed my hands and wrists feeling a lot better. It’s such a relief to use something that actually helps, and I feel way more comfortable now.

I think it’s only fair to say this works fine for me. It does what I needed it to do, and I haven’t had any real issues with it. Nothing flashy, but it feels right to give credit when something works as expected

"Nice keyboards, but stock seems hit or miss"
I genuinely like their keyboards, and based on how popular some models seem to be, I kind of assumed the one I wanted would come back in stock quickly. The site itself was easy enough to navigate, but the availability wasn’t as clear as I expected. I ended up waiting longer than I planned, which was a bit frustrating. Good products overall, I just wish the stock situation was more reliable.

"Docs are decent, but the goalposts kept moving"
The setup info was technically there, but I felt like I had to keep bouncing between pages just to figure out key remaps. Every time I thought I understood what to do, there was some other bit of info tucked away somewhere else. It wasn’t a total mess, but for a first-timer it definitely felt like the goalposts kept moving. Could be a lot clearer

"Feels solid right away"
Right out of the box, I just had a good feeling about this keyboard. It sits really sturdy on my desk, and the keys feel nice to type on without anything seeming cheap or wobbly. My gut says it’s going to hold up well. I did knock off one star because the plastic seems to show marks easily, and the cable area feels like it could be a little sturdier. Still, overall I’m happy with the build quality.

"Decent experience, but a little more hassle than I expected"
I liked that kinesis-ergo had a warranty, since that gave me a bit more confidence ordering from them. I’ve used ergonomic keyboards before, so I was already somewhat familiar with the brand and wanted to give this one a try. My keyboard ended up having a small issue, and support did get back to me, but it took longer than I was expecting. The return information was on the site, but it wasn’t the easiest to follow at first, so there was a bit more back and forth than I would’ve liked. I got everything sorted out eventually, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just average...

"Seems to work fine with my devices"
I got this mainly for my Mac, but I also tried it with my Windows laptop just to be sure. I wasn’t totally sure it would work smoothly with both, but it connected easily and, so far, all the keys do what I need them to do.

I bought from kinesis-ergo mainly for the key programming options, that’s been the best part. Once I got the hang of it, it worked REALLY well. I love being able to set up layers and shortcuts exactly how I want them. The setup was a little confusing at first, and I do think the docs could be clearer, but overall it’s been solid. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Takes some patience to get it right"
It adjusts okay once you mess with it for a while, but it definitely takes some time to get everything set the way you want. Not the worst experience, just a little frustrating. I also wasn’t thrilled that the terms seemed to change from what I expected, which made the whole thing feel more annoying than it needed to be.
